Wine is made on traditional Kakhetian style in Qvevri (buried in ground) from Ruispiri village vineyardi.
The fermentation was performed by natural yeast during 3 weeks with 100% skins and stems. with result it has distinctive and high in tannins and long taste mouth-filling. You can find aromas such as strawberry, black cherry, plum, some herbals and more. Two years was aged in Qvevri.
The wine is unfiltered.
