100% Rkatsiteli

Rkatsiteli 2016 wine is made on traditional Kakhetian style in Qvevri (buried in ground) from Gulgula village vineyard, which is also famous as high quality winery place in Kakheti. Rkatsiteli is Georgia’s most popular and widely planted grape variety from Kakheti viticulture region for making white wine.

The fermentation was performed by wild yeast, for 6 months  was contact with 100% skins and stems, with result it has robust, distinctive and high in tannins and mouth-filling acidity. You can find aromas such as Green apple, citrus, raw nuts, quince, tropical fruit, dried apple, some spices and walnuts.

The wine is unfiltered.

Rkatsiteli Qvevri traditional wine in Kakheti has PDOs (Protected Designation of Origin) status.

Kakhetian style Qvevri Rkatsiteli wines have become the best match for the Eastern Georgian cuisine a boiled beef, barbecue, lamb dishes, cheese.

Recommended temperature to consume: 14c-16c

Saperavi 2015 wine is made on traditional Kakhetian style in Qvevri (buried in ground) from Akhateli village vineyard, which is also known as high quality winery place in Kakheti. Saperavi is Georgia’s most popular and widely planted red wines grapes variety from Kakheti viticulture region.

The fermentation was performed by natural yeast during  3 weeks with 100% skins and stems. with result it has distinctive and high in tannins and long taste mouth-filling. You can find aromas such as strawberry, black cherry, plum, some herbals and more. Two years was aged in Qvevri.

The wine is unfiltered.

The fermentation was performed by natural yeast during 3 weeks with 100% skins and stems, with result it has distinctive and outstanding wine, more full bodied, it has high tannins and long taste mouth-filling. You can find aromas such as strawberry, black cherry, plum, some herbals and more.

The wine is unfiltered.
